Shipping
​We currently offer free worldwide standard shipping to most countries. Please check here to see if we deliver to your country. We work to get your orders out as soon as we can. In the event that we are not able to ship your order within 2-3 working days, we will inform you via the email you left with us while making the order. In most cases, shipping will take approximately 3-7 working days for local deliveries and 7-21 days for overseas shipments from the day that it was sent out. Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Birdigo offers returns for most items within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Before sending your return, do make a return request by clicking the button below. Do include your order number for our reference in processing your returns request.

Return shipping charges are paid by the customer unless it was due to a shipping error on our part.

Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Any return sent back freight collect will be refused.

All returns must be in an unused condition and in original factory packaging with all original packing materials. Please indicate the order number on the package for our reference.

In the unlikely event that your product is missing parts, please email us at info@biridgo.co within 30 days of the original date of purchase and we will send you the missing parts at no charge to you.

Damaged items

If a package arrives damaged, it’s best for you to refuse the package. If you sign for and keep the package, you should note the damage when signing for it so that a claim may be filed with the carrier.

Credits

All credits will be made back to the original payment method. We will request a credit to your account within 14 business days from the date that we receive and audit the return. If the item is not returned, then credit will not be issued.
